Dr. Lawler gained her expertise in the most effective treatments available and is highly skilled in various treatment modalities as well as the treatment of a full range of disorders. Whether she is providing individual, group, couples, or family therapy, she relies on the science of evidenced-based practices. Dr. Lawler also integrates flexibility, creativity, and humor into the art of actively applying treatment and works to create authentic, collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients. Additionally, Dr. Lawler emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining positive health behaviors such as diet, sleep and exercise in conjunction with one’s treatment.

She is a member of multiple national organizations including the Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA), the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS).

“I believe that true growth happens outside of one’s comfort zone. I am honored to be a part of the journey clients take while facing their fears, allowing themselves to be vulnerable, celebrating in the moments of growth, and working to embrace the very imperfections that make us human. The therapeutic process is truly a beautiful thing.”

Dr. Lawler will walk beside you as you courageously explore your fears, learn new skills, and empower the change within you toward living a value-filled life! Call today.
